A movement has found spaces in and out of our streets, particularly from young activists in the Black community who are proactively expressing the importance of supporting Black businesses, entrepreneurs, companies, and the like. The pandemics of COVID 19 and anti-black racism have acutely highlighted the DEI challenges in the Black community. As a result, the Black community has asked BCAN to provide a resource-friendly list of Black-led businesses/organizations across Peel and the GTA.
